Name: Dragon's tongue glaive(also known as the element bender)

Power: The glaive itself looks like a small sword shaped red crystal with a blue glowing enter with a bright yellow crystal in the middle yet it in this state is just sheathed, once unsheathed any or all elements form at its tip allowing it perfect control of the elements either separately or all at once causing such chaotic power and destruction.
