Arashigakure was founded a man knows as "Y" who was Killer B's son, he built Arashigakure within a cluster of mountains that is at the epicenter of a constant lightning storm hence the villages name, Arashigakure the village hidden within storms. The village follows a moral of fighting to where if you see 2 people fighting in the streets odds are they are either siblings or really close friends who in their words are "just having fun", and here the strongest is the most admired and trusted.
