Background: Matsunoki was trained and grew up to be an Anbu but after the last great ninja world war Anbu no longer had a purpose until Matsunoki decided to form the nation wide Anbu task force which is a collective of multiple shinobi from every village to work as a form of police so to speak to keep the peace in the villages. Matsunoki is also a direct descendant of Hashirama Senju and has full control of all forms of wood and plantlife.

Matsunoki's jutsus

1. Wood style-Deep forest rebirth. Matsunoki clasps his hands together which causes tree roots to burst from the ground striking any target as the roots coil around spreading and branching out forming a massive cluster of trees.

2. Wood style-Igniting lily. Matsunoki puts his index and middle finger together and stabs them into the ground which causes a trail of red light to appear that follows any root line to its source and causes any and all plants to explode into a massive burst of flame.

3. Wood style-Sea of trees. Matsunoki slams his hands onto the ground which causes thousands of tree roots to burst from the ground striking any target as the roots branch out and cluster spreading around to actually form a massive forest of trees.

4. Wood style-Arranging forest dormant universe. Matsunoki slams his hands onto the ground causing one massive tree comprized of hundreds of trees to form the size of 5 skyscrapers and once the tree has finished forming it begins to glow a bright orange as it compresses and absorbs the natural energy of the plants and land until the tree detinates forming a massive explosion the size of an atomic bomb and equally as destructive.

5. Wood style-Tree binding burial. Matsunoki puts his hand out toward the target as massive tree roots burst from the ground that wrap around the target slowly crushing it and drags it underground as roots constanly wrap around it completely crushing it

6. Wood style-Leeching ivy. Ivy vines form from Matsunoki's arms that wrap around an enemy drainig them of their chakra until they are dry and give it to Matsunoki.

7. Wood style-Burning garden. Matsunoki clasps his hands together causing roots to burts from the ground near an enemy as the roots wrap around them and branch out into a massive collage of elegant red and orange flower that ignite and combust into a massive explosion of fire.

8. Wood style-Wailing mandragora. Matsunoki raises his hands up as roots burst from the ground that budle together to form a humanoid looking structure with a massive flower for a head, then the flower blossoms and releases a constant wave of high-pitched sound that numbs the enemies senses and horribly hurts the ears and if not stopped can even kill them.

9. Wood style-Blossoming rafflesia. Matsunoki puts his hand out toward an enemy and gribs his hand which causes roots to burst from the ground and a massive rafflesia to form under the enemies feet that once it blossoms it releases a blast of highly toxic fumes that burn the eyes andif a little is inhaled will cause numbness then paralyze the target but if completely inhaled then the toxic spores will eat away at their lungs and kill them.

10. Wood style-Devouring garden hungry venus. Matsunoki clasps his hands together causing giant venus flytraps to burst from the ground that try and devour any target/ the venus flytraps are fireproof

11. Wood style-bamboo assortment cluster. Matsunoki clasps his hands together causing bamboo to burst from the ground to pierce an enemy.

12. Wood style-bamboo fortress wall. Matsunoki slams his hand onto the ground which causes pillars of bamboo to burst from the ground in rows to form a massive protective wall that can sustain any attack.

13. Wood style-rampaging dragon. Matsunoki clasps his hands together causing a massive tree root to burst from the ground forming a dragon completely made of wood that chases after an enemy and crashes down onto them causing a massive cluster of tree roots to burst from where it hit to pierce any target.

14. Wood style-arranging forest waking eden. Matsunoki slams his hands onto the ground causing one spiraling tree the size of a skyscraper to burst from the ground that uncoils and revealing a massive blue and green flower that spews a blue mist of highly toxic spores containing seeds that once it touches any solid matter it causes tree roots to burst from the seeds ripping apart any ratget in the process even from the inside out, the spores also cause numbness by just touching the skin and if inhaled causes paralysis.

15. Wood style-8 pronged pillar binding seal. Matsunoki puts his hand out toward an enemy then grasps his fist causing 8 pillars of wood to burts from the ground with lion like heads formed at the ends that once the lions mouths open they drain the enemy of all of their chakra while at the same time constricting their movements.

16. Fire style-Hexing viper coil. Matsunoki places his hand onto an enemy which causes a seal to form on their body that wraps around their body like a snake and the seal burns at their skin as it prevents them from performing any jutsu for when they try it instantly drains their chakra, this seal can even prevent their body from moving by spreading to their limbs.
